Industrial Salon "Chain Link Appointment" Builds Cooperation Platform;Jihui Vehicle Explores New Synergy Opportunities in Local Motorcycle Industrial Chain

Recently, Pengjiang District held its first special industrial salon themed "Chain Link Appointment" focusing on motorcycles and spare parts. Yin Qining, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department of Jiangmen Jihui Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd., attended the event on behalf of the company. More than 20 local manufacturers of complete motorcycles and spare parts gathered at the salon to connect with upstream and downstream partners face to face. Leveraging Pengjiang’s sound motorcycle industrial cluster, participants explored new models for local supporting cooperation and coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade.

Leveraging Pengjiang’s sound motorcycle industrial cluster, participants explored new models for local supporting cooperation and coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade.
Co-hosted by Pengjiang Bureau of Economic Promotion, Tangxia Town and Duruan Town, and undertaken by Jiangmen Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, the event adopted a casual coffee salon format to break information barriers between local upstream and downstream enterprises. It advances the district’s "3+2+N" industrial chain development plan, encouraging enterprises in the industrial chain to unite, source supporting parts locally, cut costs and boost efficiency.
A professional manufacturer of motorcycle lighting systems with years of industry experience, Jihui Vehicle produces 1.2 million sets of motorcycle lamps annually and holds over 100 patents related to lighting products. Its full range of lighting accessories covers LED headlights, turn signals, daytime running lights for vintage underbone motorcycles, large-displacement motorcycles and new energy motorcycles. The company develops both domestic supporting business and overseas export trade. During on-site exchanges, Yin Qining introduced that the company boasts mature automated production lines, independent R&D and design capabilities, as well as rapid sample-making services to meet customized development demands of complete vehicle manufacturers, supplying motorcycle brands at home and abroad on a long-term basis.
In the past, many local complete vehicle manufacturers sourced spare parts from outside the district, resulting in high logistics, communication and after-sales costs. Meanwhile, outstanding local component manufacturers lacked channels to connect with vehicle assemblers. This salon created an excellent opportunity for Jihui Vehicle to engage with local motorcycle manufacturers up close. The company held in-depth talks with numerous local OEMs including Feiken Motorcycle, Jianya Motorcycle and Changhua Group. Both sides exchanged demands regarding supporting lamp supply, joint development of new products, bulk delivery and OEM supporting services for foreign trade, exchanged contact information, and scheduled factory visits and sample negotiation sessions for follow-up cooperation.
The salon featured an active atmosphere of resource sharing. Guangtian Electromechanical Research Institute provided one-stop technical support covering complete vehicle design and prototype trial production. Upstream and downstream enterprises including Benhe Locomotive, Zaolong Auto Parts and Yitong Technology shared information on production capacity, factory workshops and component supporting resources. Yin Qining stated that Pengjiang boasts a complete supporting ecosystem within a 5-kilometer radius for the motorcycle industry, an unparalleled advantage for component manufacturers like us. Previously, the company focused most of its efforts on overseas markets and underdeveloped cooperation with local vehicle manufacturers. Through the "Chain Link Appointment" platform, we truly turn neighboring enterprises into business partners. We can supply local OEMs with cost-effective lamps featuring short lead times, while taking advantage of large-scale vehicle production to optimize our own manufacturing capacity and enhance competitiveness for our export orders.
In addition to industrial chain matching, a briefing on business environment policies was held on site. Relevant authorities introduced follow-up optimization plans for a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment. Beneficial policies such as enterprise white lists and extended government service hours are being rolled out, offering solid support for manufacturers in production, foreign trade customs clearance and capacity expansion projects.
Yin Qining disclosed that Jihui Vehicle will take the initiative to conduct on-site inspections at all interested motorcycle manufacturers in the near future, carrying lighting samples, technical specifications and foreign trade supporting solutions for thorough negotiations to accelerate the implementation of local supporting cooperation. The company will also continuously participate in regular industrial chain events organized by the district. We will deepen coordination within the local supply chain while expanding overseas trade channels relying on the complete industrial cluster, striving for simultaneous growth of domestic and international dual circulation.
Going forward, Pengjiang District will regularly host themed matchmaking sessions under the "Chain Link Appointment" banner for various industries to supplement, extend and strengthen the whole industrial chain. Seizing the regional industrial development opportunities, Jihui Vehicle will continuously increase R&D investment and upgrade automated production equipment.
